Visiting the website

Connecting to the web server involves technical data such as your IP address, the time and requested address, browser details and the request outcome. This supports content delivery, security and troubleshooting. Security processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

This website does not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers or visitor profiling. We use Google Search Console to monitor our visibility in Google Search; we do not load analytics tracking code on this website for that purpose.

Enquiries by email or telephone

If you contact us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, company, contact details and enquiry. We use it to respond, prepare a proposal and discuss working together.

Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or performance of a contract with you, rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Business communication with company representatives relies on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and business relationships (Article 6(1)(f)). Providing information is voluntary; without the necessary contact details we may be unable to respond. Visiting this website does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Recipients and retention

Access is limited to authorised people at PEC sistemi and hosting, email and technical support providers as needed for their services. Competent authorities may also receive data where required by law.

We retain enquiry information as needed to handle the enquiry and follow-up communication. If a contractual relationship follows, legal record-keeping duties and periods for exercising legal claims also apply. Technical logs are retained for security and troubleshooting, limited to the period needed for those purposes.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact us using the details above. We may need to verify your identity to protect your data.

You may complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia. We do not use data from this website for solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on you.
